RVing Made Easy - Where'd
You Say That Dump Tank Was?

New Book by
Lynne Pierson Massey
Lynne Pierson Massey, Class
of 1961,
writes, “I, along with my daughter Dana, have published another
book. This one is practical tips about using an RV - it is called "RVing
Made Easy - Where'd You Say That Dump Tank Was?" It is very
humorous, and while our intent was for new users of an RV, we find that
many old timers love it because of all our stories and mishaps.
MotorHome Magazine published a very positive review. If any of the
readers are interested in an RV or have an RV, they will love this
book. There is a website where they can check it out and order it …
the site is

Remember to Laugh – Even in the Face of
Adversity
Lynne Massie is an award-winning speaker, who inspires audiences
from all walks of life. Her program, “Remember to Laugh,” reminds
audiences that no matter how difficult their challenges, that
through hope, humor, and courage, they can achieve a positive
outlook, and experience peace and joy in their lives.
Join us for our April 15 seminar from Noon to 1 in the conference
room at Phoebe Northwest to hear Lynne share five critical keys that
transform thinking from “I can’t” to “I can” with wit and humor.
Lynne’s motto: “If it is difficult, it takes time; if impossible, a
little longer” motivates audiences to do what they thought they
could not do.
Lynne draws from her years in international business, her encounter
with two nearfatal illnesses, and the miracle of having been booked
on Pan Am Flight 103 (which blew up over Lockerbie, Scotland) and
then making a last minute change in her travel plans to take another
flight.
As a teenager, Lynne had a rare, life-threatening illness that left
her paralyzed and confined to a wheel chair for over two years, only
to later spend five years learning to walk again. At the height of
her business career, she was diagnosed with an aggressive form of
breast cancer, which left her with a renewed sense of living.
She is the author of the book, “I’ll Be Here Tomorrow – Transforming
Tragedy into Triumph.” Her mission is to impact the lives of those
affected by cancer or serious illness.
The event will take place at Phoebe Northwest, 2336 Dawson Road,
starting with bingo at 10:30-11:30 a.m. Our speaker will make her
presentation from Noon to 1 p.m. Cost for lunch and one bingo card
will be $6. Reservations are required even if you plan to only
listen to the free seminar. Deadline to make reservations or to
cancel is 5 p.m. Monday, April 7.
Lynne is a motivational speaker,
living in Spokane, WA and the author of the motivational book, "I'll Be
Here Tomorrow – Transforming Tragedy into Triumph”. This is a book about
survival and resiliency. It is about dropping our facades and living the
life we want before it is too late. And it is about looking into the
soul of a cancer patient, their family, and their caregivers. To learn
